Information collected
We collect the information in the participant form, the submitted photograph, technical file information, evaluation objectives, and later feedback.
Use
We use this information to manage the pilot, provide the evaluation, improve Revelyum Photo Review, communicate with participants, and maintain security.
Providers
Cloudflare provides website processing, private storage, database services, security, and incoming email routing. Resend provides transactional email delivery.
Publication
We will not publish your photograph, identity, evaluation, or feedback without separate permission.
Retention
Records are retained for 180 days after completion of the evaluation and feedback process, then deleted unless law requires longer retention or you separately agree.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion through privacy@stockpilot.studio.
Security
We use restricted access, encrypted connections, private object storage, access controls, and service-provider security features. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
