Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
Your photograph
You must own the photograph or have authority to submit it. Do not submit a photograph containing an identifiable person under 18.
Prohibited sensitive content
Do not submit explicit nudity or sexual activity; graphic violence, serious injury, or self-harm; illegal activity; medical procedures or highly private situations; identification documents, financial records, or other sensitive personal information; or intimate images without clear consent from every identifiable adult.
Evaluation
The evaluation is a constructive editorial opinion. Artistic interpretation is subjective. Commercial comments do not guarantee sales, acceptance, publication, employment, or income.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Disputes shall be handled in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York, subject to applicable law.
