These Terms of Service govern your use of Revelyum and its services. By submitting a photograph or otherwise using Revelyum, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Revelyum.
By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your photographs
You may submit only photographs that:
- you created; or
- you have the legal right and permission to submit for an Editorial Review.
You remain the owner of your photographs.
Submitting a photograph does not transfer ownership or copyright to Revelyum.
Prohibited submissions
You must not submit photographs that:
- infringe another person's copyright or intellectual property rights;
- contain unlawful content;
- contain prohibited, sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, or graphic material;
- contain or appear to contain child sexual abuse material or sexualised depictions of minors;
- contain identifiable people under the age of 18;
- violate applicable laws or regulations.
Revelyum may automatically reject, quarantine, remove, preserve, or report submissions where required for safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. A rejected submission will not receive an Editorial Review.
Editorial Reviews
Revelyum provides editorial opinions intended to help photographers better understand and improve their work.
Editorial Reviews are opinions, not statements of fact.
They should not be interpreted as guarantees of artistic quality, competition success, commercial value, licensing acceptance, or financial outcome.
Reasonable people may legitimately disagree with an Editorial Review.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
Revelyum is provided in good faith.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Revelyum and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual property
The Revelyum name, branding, website, software, Editorial Reviews, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permitted by law, they may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
Changes to the service
Revelyum will continue to evolve.
We may introduce new features, improve existing services, or discontinue features when appropriate.
Material changes affecting these Terms will be reflected on this page.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Revelyum where necessary to:
- protect the service;
- protect other users;
- investigate misuse;
- comply with legal obligations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Revelyum, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
